Returns requirements: 

• The items you are returning must not be altered in any way, including washing, tearing, embroidering, printing, etc.
• Your return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In order to initiate your return, please follow these 4 steps:

1-Fill out our Return Form here.

2-Upon reception of your Return Form, we will send return instructions by email, along with your return authorization number, and a PDF file with a prepaid UPS return label.

3-Print the return shipping label and apply it on the package. Please mark your Return number on the outside of the box to expedite processing.

4-Drop-off the package at any UPS location or leave it with your Ups driver. For more information please visit ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS.

Store credits / Refunds:

• If you want a store credit, we will credit your account 100% of the items returned, shipping included.
• If you want a cash refund, we will credit back all the items returned, minus the original shipping charges.
• Store credits and refunds are processed within 10 days of your return’s acceptance by our warehouse.
•  Exchanges:
• We do not offer exchanges. All orders with an issue must be returned and a new order will need to be placed.
