> Why is my order delayed?
At BlankTeesUSA, we are committed to making all our customers happy and satisfied. If for any reason you want to return your order, we will be happy to help you with that. Just make sure to request your return within 30 days of your purchase by filling out our return request form here. Please note that we won’t accept returns made without a prior request or for items that have been washed or modified (embellished in any way).
> Why is my order delayed?
It sometimes happens that for reasons out of our control, orders may be delayed. It can be a sudden surge in order volume or a specific weather condition for our transporters. Those reasons are uncommon and should not affect any delivery by more than a day or two at most.
> I cannot return my order; will you still accept it after 30 days?
Those requests are made on a case by case basis and we’ll need more info to determine what can be done. Please fill out our return request form here so we may me able to help you. We aim to please all our customers and will always try to our best to do so, no matter what the issue is.
> When will things return to normal/when will you reopen?
While the current pandemic situation may affect a very few orders because some of our warehouses are closed, we are still currently working at 95% like usual!.
> Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not necessarily need to create an account with us as we offer an option to check out as a guest. However, creating an account will help you keep track of your different orders.
> How do I reset my password?
If for some reason you cannot remember your password to sign in your account, just click “Forgot your password?” next to the SIGN IN button.
> What packaging options can I choose from?
While you are not able to choose a specific type of packaging, please know that depending on the size of your order, it will either ship in a box or a cardboard box.
> Do you have free shipping promotions?
Currently, we offer free shipping on any order over $129. Orders below this amount are being charged a flat rate fee of $9.95.
> What size should I buy?
If you are not sure about the size you should buy, please refer to our detailed size charts for all our brands. It can be found here.
> Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Our products come from many different manufacturers and the best way to check for their level of sustainability is to directly check their websites. We have products made in many different countries, with many different fabrics.
> What is the quality of the products?
All our products are guaranteed to be of the best quality possible. We remove from our inventory any products that shows quality issues.
