Ringspun Cotton

Cotton yarn produced by ring spinning, listed on spec sheets as "100% ring spun cotton" or "combed and ring spun cotton". It is the single most common upgrade between a basic tee and a retail-fit tee, and it is what most people mean when they call a blank soft. Expect a smoother face, less pilling and a cleaner print surface than an open-end basic, at a higher price per piece. When the spec says combed and ring spun, two separate processes have been applied and the yarn is finer again.
