Smoketone

A supplier term for buttons finished in a translucent smoke-grey, giving a muted alternative to white, pearl or horn. The colour is neutral enough to sit against most shirt colours without drawing attention, which is why it shows up on corporate and hospitality wovens. It is a colourway, not a material or a construction feature. As with any button, move it clear of the platen before heat pressing.
