No garment measurements are published, so there is no official body length or laid-flat chest for this style.
For decorating, the obstacles are all hardware: a metal zip cannot go under a heat press, the drawcord has to be pulled clear before pressing or it leaves a permanent line, and a full-zip front means a centred chest design is split down the middle. Left chest, back and sleeves are the practical placements.
