Next Level 6210 Size Chart
Adult CVC Tee. Brands publish two different tables and call both a size chart, so both are below and each says which it is.
Garment measurements

What the numbers mean in practice
Identical to the 3600 in body length and chest at every size. The only measurement that differs is the sleeve, by an eighth of an inch, and the only thing that really differs is the fabric.
CVC means chief value cotton: a blend where cotton is the larger share by value. At 60/40 it sits between a 100% cotton tee and a 50/50, which is where most of its appeal is — heather colours that cotton cannot produce, with more cotton hand than a true 50/50.
The 40% polyester is the thing to tell your printer. Dye migration under heat is a real risk on the darker heathers, so a low-bleed ink and a lower cure are the usual answer.
The 30 colours we stock

Common questions
- What does CVC mean on a t-shirt?
- Chief value cotton — a cotton and polyester blend in which cotton is the larger share by value. Here it is 60/40, which gives heather colours that pure cotton cannot while keeping more cotton hand than a 50/50.
- Is the Next Level 6210 the same fit as the 3600?
- Yes. Identical body length and chest at every size, with sleeves an eighth of an inch different. The difference is the fabric, not the pattern.
- Can you screen print on a CVC blend?
- Yes, with the usual blend precautions: the 40% polyester can migrate dye into the ink under heat, especially on darker heathers, so a low-bleed ink and a lower cure temperature are standard. Test one from the actual lot.
